What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, while check-out is by 11:00 AM.

What are the reception hours?

Available 24 hours a day.

What languages are spoken at the reception?

Italian, English, French and Spanish.

Where is the property and how can I/we reach it?

Hotel Battelli is located at Via Versilia 189, in Marina di Pietrasanta, just 150 metres from the sea. We recommend taking the Versilia exit, following the signs for Marina di Pietrasanta, turning onto Viale Apua and continuing towards the sea. At the traffic lights, turn left onto Lungomare Roma and continue straight on, passing Piazza XXIV Maggio and the Tonfano Pier. At the next traffic lights, turn left into Via Leonardo da Vinci, then right into Viale Versilia. Continue straight ahead until you find the hotel on your left.

Is parking available at the property?

Yes, with a limited number of spaces available, at a cost of €10 per day.

Does the property have an elevator?

Yes.

Is Wi-Fi available at the property?

Yes.

Are pets allowed at the property?

Yes, upon request, for an additional fee.

Is luggage storage service available?

Yes, for free.

What amenities are the rooms equipped with?

Air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, courtesy set, hairdryer, phone.

Do I need to pay a city tax?

Yes, from 1 June to 30 September: €1.50 per day, for a maximum of 7 days.

What credit cards are accepted?

All types.

How does check-in work at the property?

Guests are required to present their ID documents and settle the balance of their stay.

Is early check-in possible?

Yes, upon request.

Is late check-out possible?

Yes, but only during the low season, and subject to an additional charge.

What are the reception hours?

Available 24 hours a day.

Property & Services

Is a transfer service available?

Yes, upon request and for an additional fee. We also offer a bike rental service, allowing guests to explore the area independently.

Are children allowed at the property?

No, we only accept guests aged 14 and over.

Does the property have a private beach?

No, but we work with three beach clubs in the area, which offer a range of services.

BREAKFAST

Is breakfast included?

Yes.

What time is breakfast served?

In high season, it is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, while in low season it is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

Where is breakfast served?

In the breakfast room and in the garden.

What type of breakfast is served?

An international buffet breakfast.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options available?

Yes.

Bar

Is there a bar at the property?

Yes, and from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, a barman is available to prepare cocktails and aperitifs.

Gym

Is there a gym at the property?

No, but there is a tennis court, which can be booked free of charge upon request.

Payments and cancellations

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival. In the 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount is required, with the balance due at check-in.
